Using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS/MS), the team evaluated four commercial DBS devices—Whatman 903 Protein Saver Card, HemaSpot HF, Mitra® Volumetric Absorptive Microsampling (VAMS), and HemaXis DB10—in terms of analytical precision and user usability.
