To encourage graduate students pursuing master’s or doctoral degrees at public or private universities in Taiwan to conduct research related to the development or policies of Penghu County, the Penghu County Government has established the “Penghu County Government Degree Thesis Award for County Development” guidelines and is offering awards for qualifying theses. The awarded research findings will serve as a reference for policy-making and governance by the County Government and its affiliated agencies.

Applications for the 2026 (ROC Year 115) award are open from September 1 to September 30, 2026. Interested applicants are encouraged to submit their applications in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements.
