一、科技部為促進與俄羅斯遠東地區科技研究合作，與俄羅斯科學院遠東分院（Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, SB RAS）簽約共同支持臺俄雙邊研究計畫。
二、申請資格：我方計畫主持人須符合科技部專題研究計畫申請人資格、俄方合作對象須列屬俄方科學院遠東分院所屬單位下研究人員之雙方可提出計畫申請。
三、2017年度研究計畫徵求作業時程：
（一）即日起開始收件
（二）2016年06月30日中午12時前（校內截止日）完成申請作業並繳交送出同時副知研發處，以利彙整函送科技部申請。
（三）2016年11月中旬公告審查結果
（四）計畫執行日期自2017年01月01日起12、24或36個月 (1-3年期)
